A Christmas gift for Mom...

Can a mother be more proud of her children? Christmas was a bit different this year...but in a very good way! As I reflect on this past year it has taught me many hard lessons and sad truths. However, let me share with you a gift that I received from my children.
It was not wrapped nor could it be. It was not placed in an elaborate gift bag, there were no bows, glimmering ribbon, nor tissue paper. This gift could not be placed under our tree rather it was gently set deep in my heart by the loving hands of our children. Their GENUINE CONTENTMENT was more than I could have ever asked for. I could see it in their eyes, and feel it from their hearts. I will never forget this Christmas. There was nothing material for me under our Christmas tree yet, I cannot remember ever receiving a greater gift. ~ A Proud Mother I am
